1. No show: Hotel hold reservation until 24:00hr of the day booked for arrival. For late and early (next) morning arrival with flight information given to the hotel, room will be kept till 3 hours after landing time. Full payment will be charged on the guest’s credit card
2. Cancellations and changes: Unless below other conditions re mentioned for your hotel, you can change and cancel your room till latest 8 days before arrival by email to the hotel direct and to viv-mea@btcgroup.nl
